Buying Timeline

Step 1: Kick Off Meeting

Meet your agent and discuss your needs, budget, location, etc...
We will walk through all paperwork for you and will help guide you through it.

Step 2: Set Up Property Search

We set up an extensive search based on your parameters.

Step 3: Pre-qualify with Lender (15 min)

You call a lender of your choice for your pre-qualification letter.

Step 4: Tour Homes (1 Day – 8 weeks)

Now the fun part! We set up several property tours and walk you through the process.

Step 5: Put in an Offer

You found the property you like. We will submit an offer to the seller and negotiate a price.

Step 6: Loan Application (3 days)

Fill out forms, and provide tax returns & bank statements.

Step 7 Inspection (5 days

Inspections include: Roof & Components, Exterior & Siding, Basement, Foundation, etc..

Step 8: Title Review (1 week)

We make sure the property can legally be sold and check for exceptions.

Step 9: Property Appraisal (2 weeks)

If the appraisal comes in at or above the sale price, you are in the clear, and closing can begin!

Step 10: Settlement Statement Review (1 day)

We go through the final numbers together.

Step 11: Final Walk-Through (1 day)

The final check that the property is as expected.

Step 12: Closing

You did it! Time to sign some documents, grab your keys, and enjoy your new property!
